Renowned industrial designer Shigeyuki Takao is recognized globally for his work across a range of consumer product categories. His designs reflect the best of east and west, pulling from his experiences in the well-known design centers of Milan, Italy and Osaka and Tokyo, Japan. In addition to his work with Inner Balance, Shigeyuki serves as director of Japan's Industrial Designer's Association.
Complementing the work of Shigeyuki Takao is a large research and development facility based in Osaka, Japan - considered by many to be the center of the massage chair technology universe. It's at this facility that we first put our most advanced technologies and intuitive ideas up against the varied needs and high expectations of today's consumers.
